Current Project
Betasso Overlook
A property with no visible neighbors, nestled in the foothills of Sugarloaf above Boulder. The main floor is a self-contained three-bedroom house with a separate two-bedroom ADU designed into a walk-out lower level.
Designed by Steve Dodd of Dodd Studio, the interior spaces maximize glazing to the east, west, and south — providing minimal separation between interior and exterior due to the seclusion of the lot. Outdoor spaces and landscape architecture are by RDesign.
The design incorporates an extensive use of natural and non-combustible materials appropriate to its forest location — a deliberate response to both the setting and the environment it sits within.

Over fifteen years, Cheryl redeveloped 44 residential and multifamily properties throughout Boulder and the surrounding region — purchasing underperforming assets, identifying value-add opportunities, and delivering finished homes that performed well above market.
